I had other ideas for styling this new dress that I love and couldn’t wait to share with you. It’s already on sale and I don’t want you to miss out on such a bargain buy. I had visions of styling this floral dress for a warm spring/summer look but of course, after being spoilt for a few days the weather changed back.
Ok, the the temperatures may not be the best but I had visions of tanning my legs, wearing some cute white summer heels and a white bag, I had it all planned out. I’m actually looking forward to tanning again. It makes me feel instantly better in myself but it’s not worth it if you’re not leaving the house! I will be sharing all the knowledge that I’ve gained about tanning soon.
So instead, I’ve paired the floral dress with a simple leather biker and knee-high boots. An easy way to style any floral dress for a cooler season.

I feel it’s much better to see clothing on film. I’m a huge fan of Roman’s dresses. I have many! Classic styles, so easy to wear, and purse-friendly. This dress is currently priced at £22.00! I’m thinking maybe I should do a post on all my favourites.
A gorgeous floral dress for £22.00!
Before I reveal the dress without the jacket, let’s talk about accessories. The Marc Jacobs Snapshot cross body bag is getting only it’s second outing. A Christmas present that I love. Accessories are the main staple of keeping slightly on-trend and I love all the guitar strap bags.
I feel this gives the floral dress and edgier look, but I look forward to sharing this floral dress styled for summer too. I’m thinking espadrilles and a basket bag. A far more romantic look.
I cringed when I hit the buy button on the Cressida boots but I have loved them for two years now and don’t regret a thing. I love them. Enough said! They’re available in a gorgeous Tan colour and I’m tempted to add them to my birthday wish list.
An easy to wear floral dress makes a great wardrobe staple
Lets talk about the dress. It’s easy are the words that spring to mind. A very fine pleated skirt, a wrap frilled front with a self tie belt. It’s floaty and light, doesn’t crease and comfortable to wear.
I like all the colours within the dress. White, navy and two hues of pink. This makes it easy for pairing accessories or maybe a cardigan or jumper layered over the top. I think it will look great worn with a cardigan and trainers. A popular trend I have yet to try.
A slight puff to the elasticated sleeve is a nice finish to the dress. I’m wearing a size 10 and I will say it fits true to size. It also has a zip closure to the back. Roman also has some gorgeous maxi dresses on sale including my favourite from a summer post. Definitely worth looking at. Especially if you have a wedding planned this summer like me. I will be wearing this one that’s just such a dreamy dress.
