As I said in last weeks post I had something exciting to share with you. My new love label Baukjen has given a discount code for you lovely readers.
I’ve been cooing over this brand for some time now, it’s one of the first feeds I look at on my Instagram! And on receiving these items I can see why this brand is so popular. There is so much to choose from. everything you need from day to night wear, simple and elegant yet on trend.
I fell in love with this Victoriana blouse
As soon as I spotted this Victoriana blouse called Natalie I knew that was what I wanted. A real change for me to choose Black and White but I love all the detailing on it. The frilled-neck and cuffs plus the shoulder detail. The Black buttons add a nice detail.
My denim choice is slightly different from my usual too, and I’ve gone for the new style Boyfriend Jean. I usually go for a skinny or straight style but I really liked the look with the blouse on the website. Very on trend for me! So much more relaxed and comfortable.
I found that I had to downsize the jeans, I’m usually an eight-ten and swapped these for an eight. They are generous in size with good stretch. The denim quality is amazing. The Baukjen website is an interesting read too, they have factories in Portugal and teams in London. There’s no mass production here and it’s all made by family-run businesses. Here’s a quote…

I’m finding some lovely places to take some shots while staying in Essex. a short drive out to Orsett we found this lovely place where you can grab an afternoon tea. The gardens were really pretty and look! No jacket required and we’re in November!
The ditsy print on the blouse is so pretty, the Crepe is nice and fluid and the sleeves are easy to ruche up a bit, perfect for my short arms! But I love this romantic style.
Accessories too!
The belt is also from Baukjen. Premium leather and perfect to wear with jeans or straight trousers. accessories are so important I think. Buy well and buy classic, you can’t go wrong. This Gold buckle belt comes in other colourways and a gorgeous Leopard print too. But please do take a look at all the gorgeous jewellery on the site and it’s very reasonable in price. I have a few items on my Christmas list! I love this Elena necklace
