Hi Everyone. Have you heard of David Nieper? I have been invited to choose some items that would work perfectly with the rest of my wardrobe. An English brand That uses the finest quality materials.
One thing about the brand struck me immediately! Alterations!
After checking out a few items, I looked at sizing and discovered one very important factor. They offer alterations at a very reasonable price. Now as you all know I’m on the petite side and offers like this are welcomed greatly. To get an item of clothing that is the right fit and length means a lot. The service is a mere £10.00 for shortening and £15.00 for special alterations. I know there are many of you out there that will benefit from this offer alone.
My choices
A super soft luxury T-shirt is a great wardrobe staple. I like the fact that this one is double lined in the front here
A classic pure silk T-shirt style top. Vamp this up with some jeans and accessories or wear smart with trousers or I think this would look great with a pleated skirt. I love the baby blue colour available for summer here
This knitted dress in a gorgeous Blue. Made from Merino wool. I have a couple of knitted dresses and wear a full slip under them. I find this makes all the difference to how a knitted dress looks. Shop this dress here and wear with
A classic Black dress made from crepe and the lace detailing with the sweetheart line is super elegant here
I love the colours in this super soft Merino Sweater.I like how it’s styled here too, the preppy look with straight trousers and Loafers. I like the matching scarf too here
This is Gold T-shirt is perfect for any party and I can see myself wearing this during the Christmas season with my Cream Palazzo trousers. Perfect sleeve length too. Shop it here
I really like the Autumn colours featured in this floral top. A bonus that the print works all the way around the body. Lots of colourways mean that this can be mixed with a lot in my wardrobe, but I think it’s made to go with a pair of jeans. Shop the top here
What do you think of my choices? What would your favourite be? Do take a look at the David Nieper website and let me know.

Looks great Laurie – love that last top – but also I’m a sucker for anyone that does some quality basic staples that you can rely on them having. Thanks for sharing with #PoCoLo
Awesome choices! I’ve never heard of David Nieper, but the clothes are gorgeous! Love that striped blue/black sweater. Nice to know the tip about wearing a full slip under knit dresses.
Great picks, Laurie! That blue dress really caught my eye! The color is stunning! Thanks for linking up with me.

I’ve never heard of this designer, but the clothes are very elegant and beautiful!
The blue dress is simply stunning and I would love to wearing it to feel feminine #anythinggoes
I like the gold t-shirt.

I love the two dresses. Very elegant and a very flattering fit. #TweensTeensBeyond
There are lots of pretty and elegant options here Laurie. That gold top would be perfect to dress up with for the holidays.
The blue dress is stunning. A great cut, very flowing and the right length! Knit dresses are just such an easy wear. The alteration service is a great attraction too as that so often turns me off when I have to think about who might be able to alter something if it is not the right fit. Thanks for sharing Laurie. #TweensTeensBeyond
i love the first t shirt and the gold one #tweensteensbeyond
Some lovely pieces here Laurie 🙂
I absolutely love that last one. Personally, I do love to inject a bit of colour into my wardrobe, though I’m not the most stylish person! Thanks for linking to #sharethejoylinky
I love the ideas of alterations. I’m petite and I sometimes struggle to find the right size for me. #TweensTeensBeyond
I loved the superset tee on top, I am a sucker for any soft tops. #AnythingGoes
I am going to buy the gold tee shirt, as I can dress it up or down for different occasions, the price isn’t bad either #sharethejoy@_karendennis
I’m sure I’ve seen the name before, was it catalogues in the newspapers? I’m not sure. Maybe I’m confused. There are some gorgeous pieces here. Once my no spend is over I will pop over and look. It would be fatal to my challenge to do so in October as the pieces look so stylish and age appropriate. I do like the idea of alterations, given my height.
Thanks for linking up to Top of the World Style. Silk feels great on the skin and keeps you well insulated in winter. The blue dress is stunning! Actually, it’s calling my name.
David Nieper is local to me. They sponsor a school & support the students with careers advice etc. It’s great that they help the community, fantastic firm!
Lovely to see quality clothes from a British firm!
I love the merino dress and the floral top! xxx
