Yay! Summer is definitely here!
I’m at Thorpe Bay in Essex today wearing this gorgeous Embroidered Tunic by East Uk. Famed for their intricate embroidered and stylish lightweight designs that are so easy to wear in hot climates.
Travelling down to the beach in our unusually hot UK temperatures, I wished I had dared to bare my milky white legs by wearing shorts! It’s boiling!
The blue embroidery on this Chikan embroidered top is bold up against the white sheer cotton. Super cool and as light as a feather on. Ideal to wear with shorts or over your swimwear too.
How cute are these coloured beach huts? I’ve come down to the beach to take a leisurely stroll and photos with my mother. I was worried that the beach would be busy, but we have it all to ourselves and it’s beautiful!
How stunning is the embroidery?
I’ve chosen white jeggings to pair with the Tunic, my rattan shopper and espadrilles.
The Tunic is quite sheer and made from 100% cotton. Available in sizes 8-20 and on a not so hot day I would slip this over a vest top or camisole. Today it’s going to reach 32 degrees!

I like looking at the boat’s names. This little one called Lacy Lady!
It’s lovely sitting here with mother, reminiscing about how we used to come here when I was a little girl. I actually lived along this seafront years ago and I loved it.
How cute is the embroidery on the back of the Tunic? I couldn’t think of anything more perfect to wear on a scorching hot day! Do take a look at their beautiful summer collection here there are so many beautiful styles to choose from.

You lovely embroidered top brought back childhood memories of a book entitled Blue Willow that I often checked out of the library for its lovely cover art. How crisp and cool is that blue against the gauzy white top! Perfect for a day-trip to the beach.
