Stepping Up My Beauty Routine With Viv Derma

Hi Everyone
After trying the Viv Derma serum a while back, I was lucky enough to be gifted more goodies from the brand to try and I have been using these products for some time now. I wanted to see how they all worked and let you know if they made a difference to my skin’s appearance.

viv erma

I have been so happy with my other Viv Derma product, a serum that has worked so well. The mother was very impressed and she purchased one too! If you wish to read about it the link is here

So, starting from left to right, let me tell you a little about these items

Purifying Skin Tonic
I don’t normally use a toner with my regular cleanser, but after using a cream cleanser from the range I did feel the need to use it to remove traces of it away.

I found this really soothing to the skin. One of the Viv Derma brand quality’s is that it’s really natural and great for sensitive skin.It has a mini exfoliating effect too, which I found interesting and wondered if this remained active after applying the contour serum.

Comforting Gellee Cleanser

I decided after opening the lid of this cleanser it wasn’t for me! It was just so gooey and sticky! I didn’t like the feel of it at all! Like warmed up wax! I tried it on my hand and that was enough for me!

It’s recommended that it’s massaged into the face and then water is added to reduce it to a milky consistency. Sounds great for sensitive skin and does contain Neroli, a great skincare ingredient.

Contouring Serum

This I loved! Just as much if not more than the other Viv Derma serum I have used. Feels fantastic on and left my skin feeling really hydrated. It targets skin’s elasticity and tightens and tones by improving the skin’s internal structure.

I love the smell and feel of it and I have noticed a brighter appearance.A little pricey, but definitely recommended.

Balancing Cleansing Cream

I really like this too! I normally use a quick foaming cleanser that doesn’t require a toner after. But after using this with the toner above I can honestly say I’m hooked!

What I like most about the two is the fact that they both have natural ingredients and have a real calming effect to the skin. What I mean is that my skin didn’t feel at all taught or stripped after using the two. This also contains Neroli and Amino acids to help rid of dead skin cells, which is great for ant-ageing.

I do have quite sensitive skin, so if you suffer from the same problem, this could be worth a try. The only disadvantage was that you need to use the toner with it, therefore making it a bit on the pricey side to what I normally pay.

So That’s a little info on the Viv Derma products. Have you used any before? If you are interested there is a brochure available and maybe some samples are available, so do take a look at the Viv Derma website here  There are some fab beauty tips on there too.

Xo Laurie

I am terribly neglectful when it comes to skin care, so I really enjoyed reading this post. It's always good to keep new options open.

Seems to be amazing product. But these days i am using lifecell all-in-one anti aging cream my fine lines were much less noticeable, and deeper lines around my lips and forehead appeared smoother. My skin felt soft and lovely to touch, and my foundation appeared to just flow on easily after using it.

I loved the Vivderma products I tried, they really suited my skin. What a shame you didn't like the cleanser. I use Liz Earle cleanse and polish or Elemis Pro-Radiance cleanser which are very gentle. I love the smell of neroli, it reminds me of being in a spa!

I am a hardened Clarins fan but I do like to vary every it now and again, particularly if there is a good serum or night cream involved. I may be tempted to give this a go. Great review. #TweensTeensBeyond

I have super sensitive skin, and I have breakouts a lot even though I am in my 30's. This line might be worth a look into, especially the serum. Thanks for the heads up.

Hi Laurie thanks for such an honest review of this skin care range. I really liked that you said what you liked and what you didn't like, rather than trying to push it onto everyone. Thanks for sharing with us at Over the Moon link Party. It is always great to have you join us and I've shared on social media. Have a great day!
